Each of the (4) main grilling burners are rated for 14,000 BTU to provide high heat, while the unique captured briquette trays provide even radiant heat across the 740in² cooking surface. The captured briquette trays also provide additional heat and eliminate hot and cold zones within the grill. This grill features 8mm thick stainless steel grates that offer a thick gauge grilling surface for professional style grill marks.
